RIYADH: The Saudi aid agency KSrelief has signed a $5 million agreement with the World Food Programme to deliver humanitarian aid to Gaza.
The assistance provided by the initiative, in the form of ready-to-eat meals, is expected to benefit 377,855 displaced Palestinians, the Saudi Press Agency reported on Tuesday.
The deal was signed by Abdullah Al-Rabeeah, an adviser at the Saudi Royal Court and supervisor general of KSrelief, and the WFP’s executive director, Cindy McCain.
